Junior Farmers Association Maui (JFAM) is our educational garden program, geared toward youth and young adults. As emerging voices for environmental consciousness, JFAM is designed to share practical skill-building and tangible life experiences around gardening and farm business.
In addition to weekly garden classes and on-farm gardening opportunities, our JFAM program has incorporated a diverse array of activities to educate our young farmers--from logo design and product packaging to hands-on sales at community markets.
Our very first JFAM alum even helped to conceive of the logo we have today!
