We invite YOU to join us for a longer term volunteer opportunity, to deepen your learning about growing food while supporting our efforts to educate our keiki and provide nourishment to our community!!
Our operational garden is THRIVING, with over 60 varieties of fruits, veggies, herbs and microgreens, ready to be shared with the community! Over the last year, we've provided over 1600 pounds of fresh produce to the island, with the help of the Maui Food Hub and our presence at community farmers markets. We are seeking individuals who'd like to take a 3 month volunteer adventure with us. In joining us each week, you will be working with our gardening team here at Laulima, along with our weekly volunteers that join us each Monday from Hands on Maui
Activities include:
tending the garden
harvesting the week's bounty
provide some fun along the way; your presence will help support our more novice and farm-curious friends.
Your support enables us to provide garden education to our keiki!
And as a mahalo for your deeper commitment, we would love to discover a way to thank you for your kokua with a consistent share of our harvests!
